Jo's Chicken Inato

Bago kami magsimula sa aming trip, we asked our driver to stop by a restaurant to get some lunch. Dito nya kami dinala sa Jo's Chicken Inato, and he claims na one of the best Chicken Inato restaurant ito sa Dumaguete.

Funny how this restaurant has alive chicken inside their place. At first akala ko display lang siya XD.

We loved Jo's Chicken Inato, masarap siya and very affordable lang yung price. As I could remember PHP 102 ang isang order ng kanilang Chicken Inato.

Pulang Bato Falls

Dahil maulan mabilis ang flow ng tubig sa falls. Resulting us na mag site seeing na lang and take some pictures and enjoyed the view.

Red Rock Hot Spring

After namin sa Pulang Bato Falls, agad namin pinuntahan ang Red Rock Hotspring. This hot spring contains sulfur and it has healing benefits like reduces stress and improves blood circulation na talaga namang kailangan namin as we are too tired for our 4-day trip. We feel relaxed after dipping into this hot spring. Medyo sinuwerte din kami dahil nga maulan, halos na-solo na din namin ang lugar.

Sa dami ng beaches na magaganda dito sa Pilipinas, Siquijor na yata ang pinakaunderrated sa lahat. Dami kasi haka-haka tungkol dito na kesyo, may mga engkanto, aswang at mangkukulam eh, nadidiscourage na ang ilang tourista na bistahin ito.

Para sa amin ng BF ko nasa modern age na tayo para magpapaniwala pa sa mga ganyang bagay. Why not took the risk diba? So we did, and here is what we discovered.

 Una naming pinuntahan ang Capilay Spring park. Walang bayad ang entrance. Meron din silang Man-made public pool.

Fish Spa sa Old Balete Tree

First-time ko magpa-Fish Spa and ito na yata ang pinakahuli sa tanan buhay ko. Aside kasi sa mga Fish doctors na kakain sa mga kalyo mo na mapapairit ka sa kiliti, eh may mga eeksena pa na gigantic tilapias na naadapt na yata ang ways of life ng mga Fish doctors. Promise, hindi ka matutuwa kapag sila na ngangasab ng mga kalyo mo.

Salagdoong Beach pa rin

Ito talaga ang sinasabi ko kung bakit underrated talaga ang Siquijor. Beach pa lang grabe ang ganda and maintain pa yung kalinisan nya. Kahit madaming tao nung time na pumunta kami hindi pa siya ganun kacrowded and may mga disiplina pa kahit papano ang mga turista. Sobrang linaw ng tubig. Para sa mga malalakas ang loob try nyo din magcliff dive.

Guiwanon Spring Park

View naman ng mangrove trees ang offer ng Guiwanon Spring Park. Maganda ang lugar and mamangha ka din sa mga mangroves, kung nature lover ka. Wala masyado ganon activity sa Guiwanon pero ang makakita ng preserve na mangrove trees ay sulit na din kahit papano.

Last stop of our trip Saint Francis De Asisi Church

Para sa last day namin sa Siquijor bago bumalik ng Dumaguete, pinasyalan ko ng bahagya nung umaga yung iba pang lugar na malapit sa resort namin. Siquijor really mesmerizes me even on our last day. Low tide tuwing umaga and ito yung makikita mo.

My verdict to this place, gusto ko siyang balikan ulit sa sobrang ganda. Hindi pa ganon kacrowded ang Siquijor and maeenjoy mo talaga magstay dito. Mura lang pati ang tours and accomodations compared sa mga overrated na beaches.

I do really love their kitchen. It is fully equipped with all basic kitchen needs. Before coming to this resort, make sure you dropped by the market near the port and buy enough food to cook for your stay. Just like what we did.

Their bathroom even have hot and cold showers

I do recommend The Bruce Resort to everyone who wants to visit Siquijor. Staying there was like our home away from home. The staffs were also accommodating and the place was very quiet. They even have the best beach view in Siquijor.
